Springhurst is a deed restricted community.
All homeowners must pay an annual fee to the Association.
Patio home and condo villages
also pay a monthly fee to a sub-association.

Our neighborhood is in an area well known for excellent schools, growing businesses, shopping, dining, recreational opportunities and friendly people. The common ground areas feature meticulous landscaping, open space, statuary and masonry.

Residents of The Villages of Springhurst have access to our private clubhouse facilities, tennis courts and a children’s playground through the Springhurst Community Association (SCA). Members of the pool and clubhouse may use the private pool. The SCA maintains the common grounds and beauty of each community and helps village members with scheduling of events, informational guidance and all aspects of community life.
